We address gender inequalities by promoting equal opportunities, protecting women’s rights, and challenging harmful cultural norms and practices that limit the full participation of women and marginalized groups. Our approach recognizes that sustainable development cannot be achieved without tackling the systemic barriers that perpetuate discrimination, exclusion, and gender-based violence. Through targeted interventions and community engagement, we work to shift attitudes, strengthen protection systems, and create safe, enabling environments where women and girls can thrive. Our work ensures that women, girls, and persons with disabilities are meaningfully included in all aspects of development and decision-making processes, empowering them to lead, contribute, and shape the future of their communities.
